Residential Market Picking Up!

The residential Israeli real estate market is beginning to pick up after a long very quiet winter period. The reasons for the market being so quiet were many. Obviously the global  economic climate  totally rocked the market and potential buyers did not have the resources needed. Many potential buyers are still waiting for prices to fall. There is often is a great difference between the prices the vendors are demanding and the prices that the buyers are prepared to pay. The war in Gaza also unsettled many and also the winter time is generally a very quiet time for residential real estate deals. Pesach is over and now the market begins to bloom.
