Co-founder & General Manager - Jacob Lichter.  Jacob Lichter, formerly of New York, is a licensed real estate agent in Israel. Jacob has specialized in sales, rentals and purchases of new and existing homes in the Buchman-Modiin area since it was established. By focusing his efforts in this specific neighborhood, he has become an expert on the community’s real estate market. Jacob is Co-founder and General Manager of The Eretz Real Estate Group. He is a native English speaker who was born in London, he speaks fluent Hebrew and is a Modiin, Buchman - Hashvatim - resident. Nechama Kreisler - Financial Advisor . Nechama Kreisler is a qualified chartered accountant who has worked for over 15 years in senior financial management for both public and private companies. She has managed funds totalling more than 700 million NIS, managing the finances of hundreds of workers. Nechama also has a degree in economics and accounting, she has a diploma from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) in Building Contracting and also has a law degree which she passed with distinction. Nechama is very involved in the Israel real estate market. Nechama speaks fluent Hebrew, she speaks English to a high standard and also speaks Yiddish. With Nechama's knowledge and experience she is a great asset to The Eretz Real Estate team.

 

 

Susan Banooni - Office Manager & Modiin real estate agent. Susan Banooni is a  Modiin resident from the establishment of the city. Susan currently lives in the Buchman neighbourhood of Modiin. Susan is originally from Iran and speaks fluent Persian, Hebrew and English. Susan is a licensed real estate agent and deals mainly with Modiin. Susan is a tremendous addition to The Eretz Real Estate Group offering a professional and personal service.

 

 

Zvi Fink - Modiin real estate agent is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of New York University. Zvi is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and also has been certified by the Israeli Customs Authority as a  Licensed International Freight Forwarder. His multi-disciplinary background has enabled Zvi to help his clients with the entire range of relocation services including local and international moving, repair and adaptation of their properties and other issues that confront families who are relocating to or from other cities in Israel or from abroad. Buying, selling or renting a home is a process involving both physical and psychological challenges. Zvi can provide his clientele with professional assistance as a  real estate agent along with the added value of full relocation services.  

 

Moti Yaakov is Eretz Nadlan’s Eastern Europe consultant. Moti is a promoter and project manager acting in East Europe in the field of real estate. He deals in big projects for residential and commercial purposes, integrating the activities of the project from the asset acquisition up to key delivery. Moti has a BSC in civil engineering from the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology in Haifa, and an M.B.A at the faculty of Business – Management at Beer Sheva University.
Moti worked for 6 years in the Israel Ministry of Housing and Construction. His positions were:
Head of Development Unit of Modiin – the new city – building 10,000 new apartments, commercial centres and public institutions each year and developing infrastructures of about 40 million $ each year.
Head of Control and Coordinating Department – coordinating the activities of the Ministry departments and implementation of the framework of the office.
Chief Engineer of Central Region of Israel – in charge for managing and building new residential neighbourhoods and cities in the central region of Israel on behalf of the ministry.
