Financing Categories:

Residential Purchase
– For a purchase of a residential property. Typically, of up to 75%
LTV without mortgage insurance and up to 95% with mortgage
insurance.

– There are 2 general types of construction loans. From a
contractor/developer, where the borrower receives a bank guarantee.
Self construction, where the borrower builds the house himself. Typically, it’s possible to get up to
75% LTV. There is no mortgage insurance option (financing above 75%)
for construction.

Residential Refinance
– A rate and term (refinancing the existing loan to lower the rate)
and a cash-out, a loan drawing equity from the house. Typical LTV’s
